Mission Statement

The mission of Fana Global Charter School is to provide education through transformation in a public school setting.  Fana Global Charter School is committed to nurturing self-expressed leaders by cultivating the human potential in every learner, instilling world-class academic and life skills, and providing a cultural and physical environment for children to create and fulfill an exciting and empowering future in which to live, thrive and contribute.

Philosophy
& Program

Fana Charter School is not a school to give children “cut flowers.” As John Gardner put it.  This charter school is not a place to stuff the minds of children with the existing ordinary stuff, to join the other existing “followers” , following the long-lived patterns.

Fana Charter School is a place of “educe, and educing” , the root word for Education meaning to bring out, to evoke, to extract and the like.

We, in our charter school, are committed to draw all the innate, latent and reserved abilities out that have been suppressed or repressed due to the economical, social and other impeding barriers.

In our charter school, we are committed to teach children:

  • How to think and not what to think
  • How to lead and not how to follow the old patterns
  • How to become “creators” creating things anew and not How to act as the following creatures
  • How to become the leaders of love, reason, and light, carrying the torch of right leadership and conveying them to their community and future generations
